The objective of this project is to obtain entitlements and permits to develop a 554 room luxury 5* hotel and condo complex. This development would fulfil the full density allocation zoned on this site. This is an exciting project that is being led by a Dubai based hotel group. Mammoth is a mountainous area located in California’s Sierra Nevada, on the door step of Yosemite national park.

RWS develops and manages end-to-end recycling, waste and sustainability programs for multi-site blue chip customers across North America. RWS caters for a US that has a rapidly evolving awareness of the environment. On this project Hillside partnered with Atar Capital, an LA based Private Equity firm who specialise in Equity carve-outs and distressed assets. RWS was Hillside’s first venture with Atar, and it’s first private equity sale.

Hillside worked to secure planning for 46 4/5 bed houses on what was originally agricultural land in Essex. Once planning was granted the land was sold to a south-east based development company, Argent Developers.
